Gather AI Raises $40M Led by Smith Point Capital Management to Scale its Physical AI Platform for Global Logistics

February 9, 2026 – Gather AI announced $40M in Series B funding led by Smith Point Capital Management to expand its Physical AI platform from inventory intelligence to complete dock-to-dock operations across global logistics. The funding will accelerate platform development, global expansion, and ecosystem partnerships with leading WMS providers.
