Our proprietary AI algorithms enable off-the-shelf drones to fly autonomously through the warehouse.  AI reads bar codes, text, and other information in the images and automatically compares it with what’s in the warehouse management system (WMS)

Gather AI uses the barcodes to match what’s in the pallet location with what’s in your warehouse management system. If the barcodes aren’t visible, our AI will read the text on the label.  If nothing can be read, our warehouse dashboard will report a ‘no code read’ exception for each location where cases are found but the label is not read.

The set-up time depends on the size and density of your facility. We can typically get a facility up and running in 4 to 6 weeks from the start of the deployment.

The drones can operate at temperatures as low as 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

It depends on how many bins your aisle has. We can scan 300 locations per hour with one drone and 900 locations per hour with three drones.

We provide an API to retrieve the inventory data for your WMS and integration services as needed.

The drones can fly continuously but need to land for battery swaps. On average, drones can fly for 20 minutes on a full battery before the battery has to be changed. When the drone battery level becomes low, the drone will land, the operator will swap the battery, and the drone will continue with its data-gathering mission. ﾠOne drone can scan 300 pallets per hour including the battery swap.

It depends on how often you need to conduct physical or cycle counts, and the size of the facility. For example, a 25,000 square foot facility will only need a single drone if it needs a full-facility physical count every four hours, whereas four drones will be needed if a physical count is needed hourly.

No. The drones are off-the-shelf and are provided as part of your service fee. If something goes wrong with the drone, we will ship you a replacement in one business day.

If the drone breaks, we will ship you a replacement within one business day at no cost. The new drone comes out of the box ready to deploy.
