Unparalleled expertise.
We are leaders in deep learning, autonomy, and computer vision.
Sankalp Arora
With 14 years experience, Sankalp developed safety and sensor planning for the world's first safe autonomous helicopter. A project that won the Howard Hughes award, AUVSI Xcellence award and was nominated for the Collier Trophy. A recipient of the Qualcomm Innovation fellowship and Swartz Innovation fellowship. He has a PhD in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon.
Daniel Maturana
Worked at the intersection of computer vision, machine learning and robotics for the last 12 years. His work on landing zone and object classification from LiDAR featured VoxNet, the first use of modern Deep Learning techniques to classify point clouds with 3D Convolutional Networks. A recipient of Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship. He has a PhD in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon.
Geetesh Dubey
Geetesh Dubey has been developing autonomous robotics for the last 12 years. He contributed and later led the development of India’s first autonomous tank and developed one of the world’s fastest fully autonomous camera-only drones. He holds an MS in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon.
Charlie Reverte
After starting his career in robotics, Charlie Reverte’s passion for business strategy led him to the executive suite, where he helped to build and lead multiple technology companies to successful exits. Most recently he was CTO at SparkPost which he helped sell to MessageBird for $600M, generating one of the largest returns in LLR’s portfolio. He has a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon.
Andrew Hoffman
Andrew Hoffman has technical and leadership experience scaling supply chain-focused robotics companies from founding to exit, with over 20 patents in logistics, robotics, and robot coordination. He was a founding engineer at two supply chain robotics companies which were later acquired by Amazon - Kiva Systems (now Amazon Robotics) and CANVAS Technology. Most recently, he has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at tech-focused venture capital firm, Xplorer Capital, a Gather AI investor.
